The ambassador of the State of Israel in Bucharest, David Saranga, defied Romanian laws, even in front of the representatives of the state authority. On the occasion of the Hanukkah Festival, Saranga refused to wear a mask, although it is mandatory in Romania, both in closed public spaces and in open public spaces.
Saranga spoke with Nicolae Ciucă, Ludovic Orban, Nicușor Dan, among others, without a mask, although those who followed him at the microphone used it.
