2020 parliamentary elections, final results: PSD: 28.9%; NLP: 25%; USR PLUS

The Central Electoral Office announced on Wednesday night the final results of the parliamentary elections of December 6, 2020. Thus, the order of the parties remains unchanged, but the percentages have varied slightly with respect to the provisional known until now. PMP and Pro Romania did not gather enough votes to exceed the electoral threshold.

The total of valid votes cast is 5,901,915, with participation being 33.24% of the total number of registered voters on the permanent electoral lists.

Final results – Chamber of Deputies

DEMOCRATIC SOCIAL PARTY – 1,705,777 votes – 28.90%

NATIONAL LIBERAL PARTY – 1,486,401 votes – 25.19%

ALLIANCE USR PLUS – 906,962 votes – 15.37%

ALLIANCE FOR THE UNION OF ROMANS – 535,828 votes – 9.08%

THE DEMOCRATIC UNION OF HUNGARY IN ROMANIA – 339,030 votes – 5.74%

POPULAR MOVEMENT PARTY – 284,501 votes – 4.82%

PRO ROMANIA PARTY – 241,267 votes – 4.09%

Final Results – Senate

DEMOCRATIC SOCIAL PARTY – 1,732,276 votes – 29.32%

NATIONAL LIBERAL PARTY – 1,511,225 votes – 25.58%

USR PLUS ALLIANCE – 936,862 votes – 15.86%

ALLIANCE FOR THE UNION OF ROMANS – 541,935 votes – 9.17%

DEMOCRATIC UNION OF HUNGARY IN ROMANIA – 348,262 votes – 5.89%

POPULAR MOVEMENT PARTY – 291,484 votes – 4.93%

PRO ROMANIA PARTY – 244,225 votes – 4.13%

The AEP specified that these percentages are obtained from the centralization of the results before the resolution of the appeals presented to the Central Electoral Office.
