The president of the Permanent Electoral Authority, Constantin-Florin Mitulețu-Buică, asked to vote with a mobile ballot box. He is isolated at home because he was infected with the SARS CoV-2 virus, Mediafax reports.

The Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP) announces that the president of the institution, Constantin-Florin Mitulețu-Buică, sent the Electoral Office of the polling station no. 334 of Bucharest, the request to exercise the right to vote through the special ballot boxes.

The request is accompanied by the documents proving the impossibility of going to the electoral college as a consequence of the positive detection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, as well as a copy of the document proving residence in Bucharest.

On this occasion, the representatives of the AEP urge voters to be duly informed about the exercise of the right to vote and to respect social distancing and health protection measures.
