“On the night of 12/01/2020, in the Mioveni Hospital Penitentiary, the death of a person deprived of liberty was recorded. She has been hospitalized in the prison-hospital unit since 11/02/2020, being known for multiple chronic medical conditions. We mention that the death indicated is not framed in the current epidemiological context, but is associated with the medical history and age in front of the person. In accordance with the legal provisions, the following were informed: family members, the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Piteşti Court , the Judge for the supervision of the deprivation of liberty ”, is reflected in a statement from the ANP.

When he learned that Emi Pian had been stabbed, Nicolae Duduianu suffered a shock. Sources close to the Duduianu clan assure that the old man suffered a heart attack. The information was also confirmed by officials of the Penitentiary Administration where he was detained.
At the same time, the representatives of the Rahova penitentiary specified that “the detention unit did not register, today, 04/08/2020, no deaths / no medical emergencies among those deprived of custody.”

On July 20, the masked men went to various addresses of thieves from the Duduian clan, led by Florin Mototolea, known as Emi Pian. Prosecutors were investigating a case in which those attacked were charged with blackmail and robbery.
The criminal complaints were filed by well-known Manelists Florin Salam and Nicolae Guţă. The two claim that the Duduians either left them without money earned from various parties or forced them to sing for free. 13 thugs were arrested and brought in for questioning.
