Bucharest continues to report more than 1,000 coronavirus cases in 24 hours, ranking first in the country, twice as many as Constața County, which ranks second. Constanța, together with Sibiu, are still the counties with the accumulated infection rate in 14 days more than 7 cases per thousand inhabitants.

In Bucharest (1,159), Constanța (573), Ilfov (418), Iași (419), Cluj (402), most of the cases were registered in the last 24 hours, according to the balance reported by the Strategic Communication Group.

At the opposite end of the “ranking” is Covasna, with 49 infections, Harghita, Sălaj (43), Vrancea (48), Bistrița-Năsăud (51).
