Johnny Dwight Whited, 53, called police in Decatur, Alabama. The man had a confession to make, admitting that in 1995 he shot a man in the head. This was Christopher Alvin Dailey, 26, according to police reports taken from The Sun.

Detective Sean Mukaddam was on duty at the station that night and recounted how it all happened.
