A nurse and a resident doctor working in the ATI Section of the Targu-Jiu County Emergency Hospital are being investigated by the Ethics Council of the medical unit for allegedly having intimate relationships at the hospital.

An anonymous notification was sent to the management of the Targu-Jiu County Emergency Hospital, but also to the Ministry of Health regarding the adventures of the two, according to Adevarul.

“Between 19 and 26.10, he (the resident doctor – no.), Although married, passed with our colleague, (…), the renowned assistance for adventures, even with one of the hospital directors”, it is shown in the notification.

In addition, the complaint shows that the nurse tested positive for COVID-19 and was in the same room with the doctor who was not isolated, but came to work in the ATI department.

“The problem is that our colleague, in that period, tested positive in the rapid test on 19 and in the PCR test on 10/23/2020. And now comes the worst: on 10/26/2020, although the doctor (…) stayed in the same room in a hotel near our hospital (…), he came to work in the ATI department, without entering isolation, managing to register, during this period, as well as before, many cases of positivity among our colleagues ”, is shown in the notification that was sent to the hospital management and the Ministry of Health.

The same complaint also states that the pavilion was transformed into a brothel: “It turned the ATI and Covid pavilion into a real brothel, in the sense that, instead of sitting next to the poor, they lock themselves in the office for hours and nights ., where they have sex and have fun. “

Reporters from Ziare.com contacted the director of the hospital in Targu-Jiu, who says he does not know whether the allegations are true or not.

“We do not know if it is true or not. Yesterday I received this notification that related these aspects. Now, as manager, I have made the decision to verify if this is so. I sent the notification to the ethics commission and to the commission of” I refuse to believe let this be the case. An investigation must be done and it remains to be seen whether this happened or not, “said Dumitru Vienescu, director of the Targu-Jiu Emergency Hospital.

The director also stated that the doctor is attached to the Targu Jiu County Emergency Hospital and that the nurse has been employed by them for a long time. “They have not been sanctioned so far. If something happens, they will usually take it,” added the director.
