The first images showing what was left after the fire that broke out Saturday afternoon in the ATI section of the Piatra Neamț County Hospital are disturbing. Ten patients have died and seven people, including a doctor, are in serious condition in the biggest tragedy of its kind since the Club Colectivo fire five years ago.
Flames erupted in an ATI room on the second floor and then spread to another adjoining ATI room.
A local television station, Exploziv TV, posted shocking photos on its Facebook page that showed the size of the drama:
