I might even try to say hello,” Trump posted on Twitter. “The election was rigged,” he repeated on the occasion, and Twitter again marked his message as questionable.

The Republican president, who has refused to answer media questions for ten days, had scheduled a statement on the White House lawn at 4:00 p.m. (9:00 p.m. GMT) about Operation Warp Speed, which coordinates the vaccination strategy against the government coronavirus.
