The head of the Department of Emergency Situations, Raed Arafat, participates, at the time of publishing this news, in a meeting of the Regional Committee for Emergency Situations of Alba (CJSU), where measures will be decided regarding the cities of Alba Iulia, Blaj, Cugir, Sebeș, which have an incidence of more than 8 new cases in the last 2 weeks per thousand inhabitants, according to alba24.ro.
The highest incidence of new cases in the county is in Blaj – 9.96 (before 9.82), followed by Alba Iulia – 9.92 (before 9.51), Cugir with 8.78 (before 8.70), Sebeș – 8.26 (previously 7.81).
The meeting began at 4:00 p.m., at the Institution of the Prefecture of the Alba Region, where the representatives of all the institutions involved in the fight against the COVID 19 pandemic will be present.
Earlier, the Secretary of State for the Interior Ministry traveled to Sibiu, where he announced the quarantine, on Monday, of Sibiu, along with Șelimbăr and the Arhitecţilor neighborhood. Tălmaciu and Cisnădie also go into quarantine. The measure is applied for two weeks.
