Coronavirus Romania, balance sheet November 13. As of Friday, in the territory of Romania, 343,725 cases of people infected by the new coronavirus (COVID – 19) and 8,684 deaths were confirmed.

Currently, the total number of people hospitalized with COVID-19 in Romanian hospitals has reached 12,892.

The highest number of new cases was registered on Friday, November 6, when 10,260 new Covid-19 diseases were registered.

A new death toll was set on Wednesday.

To date, on November 13, in Romania, 343,725 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus (COVID – 19) have been confirmed.

231,808 patients were declared cured.

After the tests carried out at the national level, compared to the last report, there were 9,489 new cases of people infected with SARS – CoV – 2 (COVID – 19), these being cases that have not previously had a positive test.

Aside from newly confirmed cases, after retesting patients who were already positive, 2,358 people were positively reconfirmed.

Until today, 8,684 people diagnosed with SARS – CoV – 2 died.

Between 12.11.2020 (10:00) and 13.11.2020 (10:00) it was reported 174 deaths (100 men and 74 women), of some patients infected by the new coronavirus, hospitalized in Alba, Argeș, Arad, Bucharest, Bacău, Bihor, Bistrița-Năsăud, Brăila, Botoșani, Brașov, Călărași, Caraș-Severin, Constanța, Dâmbovița , Dolj, Gorj, Galați, Harghita, Ilfov, Ialomița, Iași, Mehedinți, Maramureș, Mureș, Neamț, Olt, Prahova, Sibiu, Sălaj, Suceava, Timiș, Teleorman, Vrancea and Vaslui.

Of these, 1 death was recorded in the age category of 20 to 29 years, 1 death was recorded in the age category of 30 to 39 years, 5 deaths in the age category of 40 to 49 years, 18 deaths in the age category 50 to 59 years, 39 deaths in the age category 60 to 69 years, 66 deaths in the age category 70 to 79 years and 44 deaths in the category over 80 years.

168 of the deaths registered are of some patients who presented comorbidities, and 6 deceased patients did not present comorbidities.

In the profile of the health units, the total number of people hospitalized with COVID-19 is 12,892. Of these, 1,149 are hospitalized in ATI.

Home isolation and quarantine

In Romania, 47,681 people confirmed with the new coronavirus infection are isolated at home and 13,141 people are in institutional isolation. Additionally, 78,569 people are in home quarantine and 19 people are in institutionalized quarantine.

In the last 24 hours, 4,556 calls were registered to the single emergency number 112 and 831 to the TELVERDE line (0800 800 358), opened especially to inform the public.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) epidemic and so far, 126 Romanian citizens abroad, 31 in Italy, 19 in France, 43 in Great Britain, 11 in Spain, 14 in Germany, 2 in Belgium, one in Sweden, one in Switzerland, one in the United States, one in Brazil, one in the Republic of Congo and one in Greece, they have died.

Among the Romanian citizens confirmed with the new coronavirus infection, 797 were declared cured: 677 in Germany, 90 in Greece, 18 in France, 6 in Japan, 2 in Indonesia, 2 in Namibia, one in Luxembourg and one in Tunisia.

117 of the registered deaths were of some patients who presented comorbidities, 1 deceased patient did not present comorbidities and of 3 deceased patients so far no comorbidities have been reported.

In health units, the total number of people hospitalized for COVID-19 is 12,852. Of these, 1,152 are hospitalized in ATI.

Drastic measures to stop the coronavirus. Baia Mare and Slobozia were quarantined

As things seem to get out of hand, local authorities are beginning to clamp down on time. Therefore, the cities of Baia Mare and Slobozia were quarantined.

The nearly 150,000 inhabitants of Baia Mare have been quarantined. Some of them were warned through the RO alert system that for 14 days they have to thoroughly justify any departure from the house.

In Slobozia, the incidence of SARS-VOC-2 infection reached 7.46 per thousand inhabitants.
