Bucharest, almost 1,300 new cases in the last 24 hours. Top counties with the highest number of new cases

Bucharest reported 1,283 illnesses on Sunday, November 8, surpassing the 43,000 reported cases since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. After the capital, Prahova County reported a record number of illnesses of more than 700.

Thus, the Municipality of Bucharest registered 1,283 new cases in the last 24 hours, reaching an incidence of 4.9 cases per thousand inhabitants and a total of 43,061 diseases.

Prahova County also registered a large number of illnesses, 749, reaching a total of 12,265 illnesses and an incidence of 3.24 cases per thousand inhabitants.

Then follow the counties of Sibiu (474), Timis (395), Cluj (392), Brasov (387), Ilfov (347) and Bihor (306) with new cases.
