52-year-old woman diagnosed with COVID-19, was captured on Friday by the Arad gendarmes at a tram stop. The woman was not wearing protective mask, Medifax reports.
According to the Arad Gendarmerie, a team found a 52-year-old woman in a tram station on Friday who was not wearing a sanitary mask.
The gendarmes asked the woman to identify herself, because she violated the law and must be punished. The woman insistently refused to give information about the identity data.
„After being informed that she would be taken to the police headquarters to establish her identity, she yielded and gave the requested information to the gendarmes. After the controls, the gendarmes discovered that in the name of the person in question there is an alert of suspicion of a person infected with coronavirus, so they contacted the Arad County Intervention Coordination and Management Center, to confirm the alert. According to the respective authority, the woman is declared positive for the SARS Cov-2 virus and the figure is in isolation in the declared place, between 24.10 – 06.11.2020 “, transmitted the Arad Gendarmerie.
The woman was fined 2,000 lei, for not respecting the period of isolation, and the gendarmes wrote in the woman’s name notices for the failure to fight diseases.
