Ludovic Orban spoke exclusively with Digi24 about the new restrictions that are likely to be imposed on Monday. Therefore, Romanians will need a statement at their own risk when driving after 10pm, and shops will close at 9pm. Not pharmacies, says the prime minister.
Ludovic Orban: During the night, travel will be allowed only for absolutely necessary activities. Traveling to work, for medical reasons, so only those trips that are necessary.
Stores will be closed at 9pm. The prohibited traffic interval will be between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., until 5 or 6 a.m.
We will not close all stores. You leave pharmacies open. Gas stations should be left open. These are essential activities.
It will probably be a statement at your own risk. I move with a purpose of those who are effectively those for whom movement is allowed.
We have improved a bit. It is possible to accept the declaration in online format, that is, to display the phone. We try to see how we regulate it, so it’s not necessarily on paper.
There will be fines for non-compliance. In all the country.
