The incumbent mayor, Gicu Cojocaru, ran on behalf of the National Liberal Party in the local elections in September, winning another term. We rented a terrace in the town to celebrate with family and relatives, the morning of September 28, 2020. We were 16 people and from the information I had then, the maximum number of people for private events organized abroad was 100 people, according to the government decision of August 31, for the modification and completion of annex no. 3 of government decision 668/2020. As can be seen in that photo, we gathered from the entire terrace for group photos, our arrangement at the tables, before and after the photos, being completely different, ”said Mayor Gicu Cojocaru, motivating the photo.
