I specify that the measure ordered yesterday by DSP is abusive, illegal and in bad faith, especially because at the national level there have been derogations to the isolation measure for such particular situations.
In addition, I specify that DSP DOLJ acted abusively in the case of the undersigned, considering that I am asymptomatic, and the risk of transmitting the disease is low, there being no viral load that allows the transmission of the disease. I specify that the epidemiologist on duty cannot establish in the undersigned’s situation a certain degree of contagion of the disease because my health is perfect, being asymptomatic, he did not even ask me in what condition I am, thus issuing an opinion. negative not supported by evidence or certain data to reflect this level.
I attend this request only because your institution can supervise, by issuing an agreement, on the denial of Dsp this pertinent request.
I mention that there was a strong connection between my mother and me. My mother got the virus from the hospital, she died because the DSP does not establish safe circuits in the health units of Craiova, and that is why both patients and medical personnel die. It is inhuman not even to allow me to take my mother down the last road.
I specify that I am a fully responsible person, I tested myself on my own initiative and I promise that, in the situation of approval of the application, I respect exactly the legal obligations.
