The culprit for the death of our colleague is the government of this country itself and the politicized institutions with poor performance, a government that is inefficient and unable to identify the best solutions to prevent such tragedies.
The Bacău Public Health Directorate, through its legal representative, is directly guilty of this misfortune and many others, because, as we were informed, the Bacău Court management requested, officially and publicly, that DSP Bacău order the necessary protection measures. against this virus.
Even at this time, DSP Bacău does not carry out epidemiological investigations at court and prosecutorial level in Bacău County.

Our trade union organization has repeatedly referred to the problem of the conditions in which the personnel of the Judicial Branch operate, the state of many courts and prosecutor’s offices in which the minimum standards in terms of safety and health at work are not met, and then the cover-ups made by the DSP – initiating epidemiological investigations, but it did not show as much interest from the public.
Perhaps the loss of a human life is of interest, although we do not believe that such news can compete with public money contracts to publish “public interest” messages.
