“Upon arriving at the institution, Bolojan, a man with old statuses in the administration, was surprised by the size of the administrative apparatus.
He wasted no time in delivering a difficult verdict on half his subordinates, pointing out that 50% of the county’s positions would have been useless. Two things are interesting in this operating model. They both appeal to the way in which the liberals will act if they take office after the parliamentarians this year, “said former Labor Minister Marius Budai.
First of all, Bolojan didn’t bother to announce the layoffs during the election campaign. He did it out of the blue, without audit or serious analysis, after the first few minutes at the institution. The Bolojan case is not a singular proof of the liberal mode of operation. The businessman Romeo Dunca, recently appointed president of the Provincial Council of Caraş-Severin of the PNL, has already announced his intention to dismiss 500 people.
