The model and content of the D112 form has changed in accordance with the provisions of various regulatory acts adopted by Parliament and the Government, in response to the crisis caused by the new coronavirus in Romanian society, according to a joint Order of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Health. , consulted by Economica.net. The normative act enters into force on November 1.
The content and model of form D112 have been modified, the declaration on the obligations of payment of social contributions, income tax and nominal records of the insured, is shown in the joint Order of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Health, no. 2814/1536/1806/2020. The aforementioned normative act was published on Thursday, October 29 in the Official Gazette (DO) part I, no. 1005 and takes effect on November 1.
The provisions of this order apply from the first day of the month following the publication in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I. The new form and instructions for completing declaration 112 were published in Annexes 1-7 of the Order joint Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labor. and the Ministry of Health, no. 2814/1536/1806/2020. The aforementioned annexes appeared in OJ no. 1005 bis, of October 29. The updated 112 return form and instructions for completing it have a total of 75 pages.
Normative acts underlying the changes
Amendment D112 was made on the basis of several normative acts, adopted in response to the Covid-19 crisis:
⦁ Law No. 19/2020 on the granting of days off to parents to supervise children, in the event of temporary closure of schools, with subsequent modifications and terminations;
UG GEO no. 108/2020 for the completion of Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system;
UG GEO no. 120/2020 on the establishment of support measures for employees and employers in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by SARS-CoV-2;
UG GEO no. 132/2020 on measures to support employees and employees in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of the Sars-CoV-2 coronavirus, as well as to stimulate job growth;
⦁ Law no. 188/2020 for the modification of Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary public pension system;
UG GEO no. 147/2020 on the granting of days off to parents for the supervision of children, in case of limitation or suspension of teaching activities that involve the actual presence of children in schools and early childhood education units, after the spread of the Sars-CoV-2 coronavirus;
⦁ Law no. 234/2019 for the modification and completion of GEO no. 59/2000 on the Statute of forestry personnel.
