The mayor of Sector 1 has 835 litigation and “a hole in the local budget” of about 700 million lei, says Clotilde Armand, the new mayor of Sector 1. He found his predecessor, Daniel Tudorache, a shredder of paper and a police baton.

He also said he found a shredder and the office of a local police officer in the mayor’s office.
