The Oradea stadium costs 45 million euros

The stadium will cost approximately 45 million euros, it will benefit from an underground car park, hotel, but also a SPA center.
Of the total value of the investment, 34.26 million euros will go to the stadium, 7.88 million euros to the hotel and 3.54 million euros to the parking lot and the public market that will be above.
Construction will begin in the summer of 2021 and the arena will have 16,291 places. The construction will last three years, and the new stadium will comply with UEFA regulations, so it will be able to host European cup matches.

Designed to be built on Făgăraşului Street, between the current location of the zoo and the new gym under construction, the complex will include 3 objectives:
1. The stadium with 16,291 seats.
2. The pedestrian access market and the 150-space underground car park.
3. Hotel, conference area and spa.

Multipurpose room since Oradea city will cost 27 million euros and will have a capacity of 5,000 of places. The stadium may host handball, basketball, table tennis or volleyball competitions.

- Spaces for the public (cafes, public catering)
- Side bodies (Body A and Body B) – technical spaces (thermal point, storage spaces)
