How the accident happened
According to IPJ Vâlcea, the accident took place on DJ 647, in Mihăești. A car and a car were involved in the accident, traveling in the direction of Râmnicu Vâlcea – Băile Govora.
“The traffic accident caused the death of one person and serious injuries to two others, all the victims of the hiccup team. At the scene, the police are conducting investigations to establish the factual situation, ”said Vâlcea Police spokesman Cătălin Udrea.
Witnesses to the accident called the emergency number 112 for help.

Two people were seriously injured and taken to hospital, and a man, who was in cardiorespiratory arrest when the intervention teams arrived, died.
Although the ambulance doctor tried to save the victim’s life, despite resuscitation, he was pronounced dead.
Likewise, two other victims, also seriously injured, were taken and monitored by SAJ. A 40-year-old man suffered a head injury and a fracture of his right leg.
Investigations are underway to determine the causes of the accident.

Police continue to investigate the scene to establish the circumstances of the accident. The police also filed a criminal case for murder and bodily injury.
