The prosecutors of Constanza concluded the criminal case in which the daughter of the presenter of the ProTV newsroom, Andreea Esca, is being investigated.
Alexia Eram disposed of all the accusations against him, after those involved in the scandal that occurred last June in Litoral withdrew their complaints.
Recognized artists were investigated in the case finalized by Constanta prosecutors, such as Jador and Mario Fresh, but also Alexia Eram, the daughter of star Andreea Esca.
The three were investigated for the crimes of hitting and fighting, after, in the summer, they fought at a luxury club in Mamaia.
Remus Ionuț Dumitrache, called Jador, Mario Galatan, known to the public as Mario Fresh and his girlfriend, Alexia Eram, none other than Andreea Esca’s daughter, were the protagonists of a great scandal, in mid-June, when they fought in the parking lot. to a well-known club in Mamaia.
The fight broke out as a result of a conflict that Jador allegedly had with several colleagues for a glass due to a bill to which the singer refused to contribute money.
After an exchange of blows that took place in the parking lot, Jador, the daughter of Mario Fresh and Andreea Esca arrived at the Mamaia Resort Police for statements.

Although the rioters beat each other and Jador did not escape without picking up some fists, his opponents filed a complaint and Constanta policemen brought a criminal case for beatings and other acts of violence and fighting.
The police saw images captured by surveillance cameras and listened to both the parties involved and several witnesses, including the security guards who were on duty the night of the incident.
Subsequently, the investigators sent the file to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Court of Constanza, with the proposal to send it to trial.
However, five months later, according to the response of the GÂNDUL.RO prosecutors, the magistrates transmitted the arguments that were the basis of the final decision.
The case was closed, since, according to the investigators, the criminal complaint was withdrawn and the crime was suddenly without purpose. As a consequence, the accusation of brawl also fell, provided, in turn, in the Penal Code.
They got rid of the charges
The charge of disorderly conduct, which is punishable by imprisonment from 3 months to 2 years, would have been maintained, but the investigators did not take it into account.
