It happened that the mandate of mayor general was validated by law a week ago, and that at the time this decision was appealed, there were 52 people close to the PSD, many general councilors, local councilors in district councils, who have appealed or appealed against this decision of the General Court. Precisely because there were so many, a file was put together and a deadline was given, which will only be on Monday.
The reasons are absolutely childish. The same stories with the bags from the voting table, counting, with minutes …
Unfortunately, there is a problem with the Administrative Code voted by the same majority of the PSD in 2019, which says that the mayor must take office with the councilors. In the counselors, I just passed the first instance, they were also validated by the District 1 Court, and today I was on the last day of the appeal. We will see if there will be appeals to the decision by which the councilors were validated. In this case, it will be extended for a few more days.
