Coronavirus infection occurs exactly when we let our guard down, says Andreea Moldovan, medical director of the Hospital for Infectious Diseases in Brasov.

She says that many of those who come to the hospital with COVID-19 say they have not worn a mask for short periods of time.

Another 4,902 new cases of coronavirus were reported on Thursday, a new all-time record for Romania.
