The first vice president of the PSD, Gabriela Firea, declared this Wednesday, in relation to the fact that Marian Oprișan is not wanted by the central leadership on the parliamentary list, that the Social Democrat must understand that the party’s image must change.
“It was a vote in the National Political Committee. It is perfectly normal for a leadership accountable to the party and its supporters and to citizens to make the best political decisions for all organizations. And if there were certain problems and the management decided a change for the better in Vrancea. I am very sorry for Mr. Oprisan, for the situation he is in, but you must understand that the decisions that are made at the party level are out of a desire to improve the image of the political party because people have their hopes in us and we must take into account the signals that come to us from civil society, from citizens. On a human level, I am absolutely convinced that Mr. Ciolacu, Stanescu, Grindeanu, Dincu, have absolutely nothing against Mr. Oprisan, but politically the decision was made ”, said Gabriela Firea.
