New revelations in the Caracal case. Did Gheorghe Dincă have a bad idea? “The coronavirus or something will bring it down”

Of course, the main suspect in the kidnapping of Alexandra Măceșanu and Luiza Melencu is, of course, Gheorghe Dincă.

Regarding the ongoing trial in the Olt Court, the lawyer for the Melencu family, Tonel Pop, said that in this case there are many branches in which “many services” are involved.

Curious is the fact that the lawyer also has a surprising prognosis, that is, the case will be kept secret.

The prognosis of lawyer Tonel Pop

The Măceșanu family lawyer, Aurel Moldovan, made a series of very interesting statements.

He stated that Gheorghe Dincă’s days are numbered and that the process will last as long as he lives.

“It will last long as long as Dinca lives. My opinion is that it will not last long and I don’t know … the coronavirus or something will lower it (…) If Dincă starts saying everything, things will get complicated”, says the lawyer for the Melencu family.

Tonel Pop went on to speak on this issue and stated that many services are involved in the Caracal case and that the branches are very large. Furthermore, the lawyer believes that this case will be partially secret for 50 years.

“There are many services included in that file, the branches are very large. I think this case, at least partially, will be kept secret for 50 years,” said attorney Tonel Pop.

What the lawyer says is not unfounded, considering Dinca’s changing statements so far.

Gheorghe Dincă says he was forced to declare what he did not want and threatened that he would be killed in the penitentiary. He also said that he did not kill Luiza and Alexandra. The judicial investigation must clarify all the aspects that contradict the criminal investigation.

The trial will take place in secret

The Caracal case, in which Gheorghe Dincă is accused of trafficking in persons, trafficking in minors, aggravated homicide, rape, desecration of bodies and kidnapping, has its first term on Wednesday, October 21.

According to a press release issued by the Court of Olt, only the victims’ relatives and lawyers will have access to the courtroom.

The institution invoked the coronavirus pandemic to explain why the press is not allowed in the courtroom.

“In the context of the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic at the national level and the need to prioritize the health of the people who participate in judicial processes, the president of the court panel will not allow access to the courtroom on 10/21/2020 of other people (such as reporters), in addition to those provided for in the law ”, transmitted the Court of Olt, according to capital.ro
