The revelation belongs to the deputy of the USR, Claudiu Năsui, who demonstrated that there are seven parliamentarians who, although they were elected from the lists of Bucharest and Ilfov, declared their addresses in other counties, precisely to collect this daily allowance.
“What is going on in parliament? Parliamentarians who are not domiciled in Bucharest and Ilfov receive, in addition to the allowance, another 4,800 lei per month ‘accommodation allowance’. The parliamentarians were very generous to themselves with the money from the taxpayers. But about that at another time, “Claudiu Năsui showed in a post on his Facebook page.
The USR deputy listed the seven deputies and senators elected in the electoral districts of Bucharest and Ilfov, but who registered with their domicile in other counties to benefit from the 1,000 euros. The list also includes current Senate President Robert Cazanciuc.
“There are no less than 7 MPs from Bucharest and Ilfov who have their official residence in another county and who receive 4,800 net lei per month as ‘accommodation allowance’. There are 5 from PSD, one from PNL and one from Pro Romania. Here we have the list of 7 and the place where they live in documents: Aida-Cristina Căruceru (PSD) – Mehedinți, Gabriela-Maria Podaşcă (PR) – Galați, Oana-Consuela Florea (PSD) – Constanța, Mirela Furtună (PSD) – Tulcea , Petre-Florin Manole (PSD) – Ialomița, Ovidiu Alexandru Raeţchi (NLP) – Brașov, Robert-Marius Cazanciuc (PSD) – Prahova ”, said Claudiu Năsui in office.
The USR deputy also pointed out that Romania is the country that charges the highest minimum wage taxes in the whole of Europe, while MPs resort to all kinds of subterfuges to inflate their income with taxpayers’ money.
NLP proposes more money for luxury budget
Năsui’s position is part of the context in which a few days ago the liberal deputy Florin Roman proposed a bill that grants transport and accommodation subsidies to members of the ASF leadership. The initiative of the head of the PNL group has caused numerous controversies given that the salaries at ASF are very high, even exceeding 50,000 lei per month.
“Last week, Mr. Florin Roman, leader of the PNL group, quickly passed through the Chamber of Deputies a bill that introduces new transport and accommodation allocations for the luxury budgets who run the ASF and who already have astronomical salaries (more than 50,000 net lei per month) I will not go into details, I have already written enough “, showed Claudiu Năsui in the post on Facebook.
The USR deputy described a scene in which Florin Román was extremely irritated because his proposal did not go unnoticed, as he would have liked.
“As we tried to stop the NLP project in parliament, Mr. Roman was angry that he was caught with these proposals that he hoped to go unnoticed and attack me and USR. But that does not matter. Unfortunately for 4 years, we have become used to all these characters in parliament, ”Claudiu Năsui also wrote.
