The American giant will launch this year 100 million doses of vaccine, of which 40 million are for the United Kingdom. Each person who receives the vaccine will need two doses. Pfizer expects to obtain emergency authorization for this vaccine in November.

That means there are large series, millions of vaccines will be needed. Hopefully the relevant authorities will give their consent and sometime early next year we will start having the first doses, not just from this company but from several companies. There are about 20 vaccines under study.
The experts of the European Commission have already had the first discussions with the representatives of Pfizer BioNtech but also with 6 other pharmaceutical companies, to acquire this vaccine. In this way, the vaccine will reach all of Europe, including those with low incomes.
