The capital’s elected mayor, Nicusor Dan, declared on Friday night that district heating in Bucharest is “a difficult problem” that he did not promise to solve immediately. For next winter, Nicuşor Dan considers that “an emergency management” is needed.
“It is a difficult problem, I did not promise in the campaign that I would solve the water and heating problem instantly. I was honest with the people of Bucharest in the campaign. What we can do because winter practically starts in a month, is to prepare a emergency management.
