There were many professional shakers, it was done correctly.

Ludovic Orban spoke with Digi24 about the decision of the police to give in to the pilgrims from Iași and allow access to the relics of Saint Parascheva. The prime minister says that it was a wise operational decision, which meant avoiding even possible beatings, because there were “many professional agitators”.

Ludovic Orban: It was an operational decision. Would you have wanted to keep those hundreds of people in a perpetual scandal, possibly degenerate into another scandal? Anyway, there were many professional agitators there, who were especially to stir up the spirits.

I think a lot of people weren’t bad, they just wanted to go. Some may have worked in Iasi, others may have arrived by plane, others by personal car because they went to visit someone. It was difficult to distinguish between the agitators, and there were some who had nothing to do with the Christian holiday.

On the other hand, looking, you see a lot of faithful people.

It was an operational decision and in my opinion this outbreak was immediately extinguished.

The operational teams faced a situation in which they had to make a decision. That’s where you can get to the fight. The spirits were extremely hot. Many agitators set fire to the fire.

From my point of view it was a wise decision.
