Daniel Tudorache alleges that the local elections for the Sector 1 City Council should be resumed, especially after he presented the judges with evidence that would prove the results were fraudulent.
Daniel Tudorache, the current mayor of Sector 1, said he expects the judges to give the verdict to resume local elections for mayor.
“Considering that we want a normal Romania, I expect a normal decision. A decision to invalidate the mandate and reorganize the elections in Sector 1, on November 1, in two weeks, as the law says. The software is one of the problems that I found, but it is not the only one that I presented this week in the District 1 court. We hope that the decision is consistent with the events that occurred in the post-election period because everything that happened and everything that we presented to the court, the events happened after of the 27, so afterwards the ballots were counted in the voting tables.

The first questions appeared from the parallel count, from the PSD, where we had an increase of about 200 votes, in PNL there was also an increase of about 145 votes, but in the end based on AEP Clotilde would have had 1000 extra votes.
