IPJ Bistrița-Năsăud announced in mid-September that, after verifications carried out by the police, a criminal investigation file for child abuse was drawn up, under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Bistri Courta Court.
This is the case of the mayor of Sângeorz Băi, Traian Ogâgău, who allegedly made his 14-year-old daughter sit naked with her hands on the wall and apologized for not being obedient.
Prime Minister Ludovic Orban said in this case that he is categorically opposed to any aggressive behavior, especially towards a minor and even more so towards a child.
