During the mentioned interval, the wind will blow strong in the mountain, with gusts exceeding 90 … 100 km / h, especially in the upper area of the South and East Carpathians. There will be temporary intensifications in the rest of the country, with speeds generally between 55 … 65 km / h, and locally in Transylvania, Muntenia, Dobrogea and Moldova of more than 70… 85 km / h.
In most of the country it will rain temporarily. The rains will also be torrential, and in the southern, eastern and central regions will be accompanied by electrical discharges and isolated by hail. The amounts of water will exceed 25… 30 l / m2 and in restricted areas 40… 60 l / m2.
The NMA states that the weather will be colder in the west, southwest and locally in the center, where it will become particularly cold for this time of year, and in the high mountainous area, temporarily, mixed rains will be reported.

In Maramureș, most of Crișana and in north-western Transylvania, there will be temporary intensifications, with gusts generally of 55 … 65 km.
During the night from Tuesday to Wednesday and during the day of Wednesday, on the ridges of the Apuseni Mountains and the Eastern Carpathians, there will be more precipitation in the form of sleet and snow.
