Wearing a mask on the street becomes mandatory throughout Arge Countyș, authorities announce. The County Committee for Emergency Situations decided to impose strict rules as a measure against the spread of the coronavirus.
Thus, the obligation to wear a protective mask is established in all public spaces in the municipality, both indoors and outdoors. Until now, in Argeș, the mask was mandatory on the street only for groups of more than two people. The only exceptions are for children under the age of five. The measure takes effect on Wednesday, October 14.

Thus, in the last 24 hours, Argeş reported 17 new cases of Covid-19, five less than the previous day.
In the last 24 hours, 2,069 new cases of COVID-19 were reported out of a total of 10,051 tests. Authorities reported another 56 deaths due to coronavirus infections. In ATI, the number of hospitalized patients is 628.
Argeș County is declining in terms of the number of new coronavirus cases and the infection rate is less than 1.5 per thousand inhabitants.
