HORECA employees say that the salary received during the technical strike does not allow them to survive. Correct: the vast majority of those who worked in this industry earned the minimum wage in the economy, but lived on significantly higher income than tip. As it happens all over the world.

In other words, instead of receiving nine hundred lei from the state, the employee of an emergency closed restaurant could receive 75% of the income taxed before the crisis, but not more than 4071 lei per month (limit that applies to all employees in technical unemployment).
