A number of 49 countries have been included by the National Committee for Emergency Situations in the list of areas of high epidemiological risk for which, as of Wednesday, the quarantine measure is instituted for people arriving in Romania from them.
According to the CNSU Decision, as of October 7, in the yellow zone are countries such as Israel, Spain, Republic of Moldova, France, Netherlands, Belgium, United States of America, Great Britain, Hungary, Ukraine, Austria .
Persons arriving in Romania from countries / areas of high epidemiological risk are exempt from this measure, if they remain in the national territory for a period of less than 3 days (72 hours) and present a negative test for SARS-CoV-2, performed no later than 48 hours before entering the national territory.
People arriving in Romania from countries / areas with high epidemiological risk and entering quarantine for a period of 14 days can leave after the 10th day, if they perform a test for SARS-CoV-2 on the eighth day of quarantine, and the result is negative and does not present specific symptoms.
