Vasile Dâncu was asked if the PSD will get the highest score in the December parliamentary elections. He later talked about the party list.
“First of all, we have to be realistic. We got this score (not referring to the local elections of September 27) not in a political battle, but in an administrative one. So the local score was predictable for us. In the polls there was a score that we came close to. I knew we would make 30 to 31 percent three or four months ago.
This score is not converted by itself, automatically. We can only obtain this score under certain conditions. We will have to show an impeccable list of candidates for parliament. A combined list: to bring experts from civil society, people well known in their fields, people with certain backgrounds, such as unions, employers, teachers, doctors. I think we must enrich our lists, make a migration of citizens to parties, “said Vasile Dâncu, on Tuesday, in DCNews.
“The people want competition. It is our condition, the main one,” Dâncu added, later adding: “There is another question of schedule. We will have to present an alternative program, a political alternative to this government.”
