Nelu Tătaru, Minister of Health: For citizens coming from countries with a higher index, certain rules are imposed: those who enter quarantine for a period of 14 days can leave the quarantine on the 10th day, if they take a coronavirus test on the 8th day. , and this is negative. The exceptions to Article 1 are those who stay in Romania for a period of less than 3 days and have a negative coronavirus test that has been carried out in the last 48 hours. The evaluation of each case will be carried out through epidemiological investigations. The context of the evaluation of each locality refers to the rate of new cases per thousand inhabitants, in 14 days.

Minister Nelu Tătaru continues to demand caution and attention from all citizens, to avoid overloading hospitals.
