From the first information, the incident took place at the “Ștefan cel Mare” station and, according to GSP sources, it all started after a group of CSA Steaua ultras attacked two gendarmes, leading them to the Dinamo stadium, The duel between Dinamo II and CSA Steaua of Liga 3 were about to start.

According to GSP sources, the police used tear gas in the subway and dozens of passengers got out and fled down the steps of the Stefan cel Mare station.

Gendarmerie: “Steaua caused the incidents”

Recently, the officials of the General Directorate of Gendarmes of the Municipality of Bucharest issued an official statement: “At around 3 pm, in the immediate vicinity of the stadium, two groups gathered, a group of about 60 Dinamo fans and a group of about 100 Steaua fans.

When the gendarmes tried to separate the two groups and disperse them, the sympathizers came into conflict with the police. The group of Steaua supporters returned to the Ștefan cel Mare metro station and at the time of driving the fans, two gendarmes were beaten, requiring intervention to immobilize and arrest the attackers.

After this conflict, some 30 people were transferred to the police station to take legal action. At present, controls are being carried out, including in terms of the commission of heinous crimes.
