On Thursday the second criminal case was opened for the electoral scandal of Sector 1. Prosecutors from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the District 1 Court are investigating for trying to falsify documents and electoral records after images appeared in the room where the ballots were found.
According to a statement sent this Thursday by the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Court of First Instance, two criminal cases were registered related to the holding of local elections in Sector 1 of the Capital.

The first case was opened this Monday, after the call to 112 and is aimed at committing the crime of falsifying documents and electoral records.
The second case was registered on Thursday, when prosecutors filed a complaint after the images of the video appeared. In this case, investigations are being carried out for attempted falsification of electoral documents and records.
Both causes are investigated in a real way.
