The images of the surveillance camera installed in the hall where the bags with the votes of Sector 1 were kept, in the building of the Bureau of the Circumscription of Sector 1, show that some individuals enter and look for some bags, under the supervision of the gendarmes. The images were filmed from Monday night to Tuesday.
“In the room where the bags with votes were sealed, some members enter, from all USR data,” said Mihai Gâdea, in Sinteza Zilei.
A guest on the set of Sinteza Zilei says that he recognizes those people as members of USR-PLUS.
“Some members of a party enter the hall. Is there a big scandal over the fact that the elections were rigged in Sector 1 and they enter the hall with ballot boxes?” – Mihai Gâdea asks rhetorically.
At one point, the individuals take a bag and leave the room.

One of the people who entered the luggage room is an advisor to Clotilde Armand, say guests from the Sinteza Zilei set.
Those who enter the room with the ballots do so several times, since the light is on and off, says Mihai Gâdea.
Among the ballots in the bags of the respective room are also the ballots of the General City Council, as well as the General Council.

The reaction of the gendarmerie to the images of the following day, in which several members of USR-PLUS were filmed in the BEC Sector 1 building
In relation to the event of September 30 of this year regarding the entry of several people into the Electoral Table of Sector 1, the General Directorate of Gendarmes of the Municipality of Bucharest makes the following clarifications:
The room where the electoral materials are stored has a permanent protection post.
Access to that area is restricted as long as it is sealed and allowed only to those who have this right.
The people who entered the building where the Electoral Table is located were identified and were not allowed access to the area, leaving the premises.
No one entered the restricted area.
Subsequently, on the outside perimeter of the building, several people were filming each other, with mobile phones and having contradictory discussions, for which the gendarmes took measures of public order in the area.
