The president of the Electoral Table of Sector 1, the prosecutor Nicolae Sprîncu, addressed a speech to the Central Electoral Table, in which he pointed out possible irregularities in the counting of votes in Sunday’s elections. He asked how data from certain polling stations could be entered into the system, given that there were more votes cast than the number of voters who went to those polling stations. In addition to notifying the head of BES1, representatives of some political parties, especially USR-PLUS and PNL, reported a series of inconsistencies between the polling station count and the results published on the website of the Permanent Electoral Authority.
„Considering the situations registered at the level of the Electoral District Office no. 1 – Sector 1, on the occasion of the verification of the minutes of the voting results in the sense that more ballots were identified in the ballot box than people who appear on the list of signatures, please let us know how to close them. polling station because SIMPV does not allow data entry into the system.
Likewise, cases were identified in which the number of invalid identification cards physically found in the files presented by the presidents of the polling stations of the Electoral District Office no. 1 – Sector 1 is higher than the one mentioned in the minutes that records the results in point d) (if the minutes are modified according to those found in the file, the number of ballots is greater than the number of signatures) shows the address sent to the Central Electoral Office.
The USR-PLUS alliance accuses attempts to defraud the elections in Sector 1, after a PSD representative was captured with almost 500 minutes on him. The police are investigating this case, reported this Monday by Clotilde Armand.
“Pthere are 473 complaints and we continue investigating under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Court of First Instance ”, for the accusation of falsification of electoral documents and records, said Sector 1 Police Chief Commissioner Chief of Police Ionuț Dana.
Clotilde Armand reported on Monday evening, in Digi24, the episode with the pile of records of the District Electoral Office, which were discovered at the headquarters of the Mayor’s Office in Sector 1. He said that because his colleagues could not enter the headquarters of the Electoral Office, they were guarding the outside.
“My colleagues stood guard here. We are very attentive to what is happening, to the votes gathered here. The colleagues who were on guard – they were not allowed to enter the sectorial electoral office, even if they were candidates – surprised a man leaving the sectorial electoral office with the record that records the result of the vote count. A lot of records that were brought and we were able to enter because the Gendarmerie was notified, were brought to the Sector 1 City Council. In the same building we have the Electoral Office of the sector, and the department of sanitation of the City Council of Sector 1. We could enter the sense of sanitation and we also found half-completed minutes, elements that clearly showed that it was the headquarters of the campaign, that the votes of each candidate were tracked, bags with electoral bribes ”, declared Clotilde Armand for Digi24.
Possible irregularities reported by the parties
The notification from the president of BES1 adds to other possible irregularities denounced by representatives of the political parties, especially USR-PLUS and PNL, who accuse that their votes were stolen in Bucharest.
In one of the polling stations, says USR deputy Claudiu Năsui, the votes given to USR-PLUS in the minutes of table 127 reached another party in the electronic system of the Permanent Electoral Authority, and USR-PLUS stayed at zero.
In article 759, there are also differences between the figures in the section minutes and the figures recorded on the AEP website.
In another section, 152, the minutes registered on the AEP website are not signed by anyone.
Lawyer for Daniel Tudorache: The individual with the record was “persecuted, persecuted, attacked “
Mihai Dragan, legal representative of the PSD Sector 1 organization and lawyer for Dan Tudorache, said on Tuesday that the incident with the act was caused by representatives of USR-PLUS, who were aggressive with the trapped with the pile of documents. The lawyer also alleges that the individual was designated by the party to collect the minutes at the headquarters of the Electoral Table S1, in order to take them to the party, for parallel computation.
“In relation to yesterday’s incident, the law stipulates that each electoral college prepares a report that establishes what was counted. Said report shall be drawn up in copy. All copies are original. A copy is sent to the BEC and a copy to each representative of the political parties present in the section. The rule is that each representative of the section of the respective party, after finishing with the BEC or the Electoral Board of the constituency, must go to the party and deliver that copy. For efficiency, we prefer that two of our representatives collect these minutes directly at BES 1 and bring them to party headquarters for another parallel count and possible appeals. Less than half an hour after Daniel Tudorache publicly announced on Facebook that he was the winner of the parallel count – at that time we had 98% of the sections counted, that I remember – with 197 votes, that incident happened. On the street, our representative, who was also on the list for the position of councilor and was transporting these minutes to the party headquarters, was detained by a group of supporters of Mrs. Armand. Later, Mrs. Armand and Mr. Tănase Stamule also appeared and according to what he claims, this man was persecuted, persecuted, attacked, for which reason he returned and rushed to the building where BES is located and two addresses of the S1 Town Hall. He got on the elevator and tried to get to the second floor, where this environmental direction exists, hoping that there are more people there, because, I tell you very honestly, he told me that he was afraid of being hit. He went up the stairs, later the USR-PLUS people, respectively very aggressive NLP called the police, ”said lawyer Mihai Dragan.
