In essence, I wanted you to do your job in relation to the citizens of Sector 3, to solve the things that by law were the responsibility of the General City Council. And I asked you, for years, and when I saw that you did not want to do these things, I offered to do them with the institution that I directed, with the money from Sector 3, even if it had six times smaller budget.

– Under these conditions, I am tired of explaining to the citizens of Sector 3 why the City Council of Sector 3 cannot do the work of the General City Council.
