The scandal broke out on a street in Mangalia, where a member of candidate Mohammad Murad’s campaign team was pushed to the right by a police team.
It all started when the police were notified that the man had distributed sums of money to people on the street.
When he was taken to the right, he refused to allow officers to search his car, and before long, Mohammad Murad arrived in the area.
The scandal continued and the Mangalia mayoral candidate urged police to break into the car to search it.

At around 4:30 p.m., a car was stopped in the Mangalia area, driven by a man, with the owner of the car on the right.
The two refused to have their car searched.
Another man appeared in the area, a candidate for mayor of Constanza County, as he had no quality or connection to the incident.
Checks are then carried out to establish the factual situation, taking the driver to the Police headquarters.
