Neicuţescu played two games for Dinamo in this championship debut.
Malian defender Bourama Fomba (21 years old) played for Politehnica Iaşi last season. The African arrived in Europe in 2019, to Georgia, to FC Rustavi, and then to Ceahlăul Piatra Neamţ, in February this year on loan from Poli Iaşi.
