A woman from England walking through a Northumberland village late last week suddenly woke up in the middle of a landscape she compared to a scene from a horror movie.
Debs Lucas-Byrne took her dog for a walk through the fields and, at one point, came to an area where a large area of land was completely covered by a huge, thick cobweb.
The 53-year-old woman noted that manure had previously been placed throughout the covered area, according to him. Profimedia.
„I was out for a walk with my friend (pet dog – nn) on our usual route, which takes us through a farmer’s field when we saw what appeared to be a net laid over the manure. I really wondered why I would do that. I was laughing at this whole story, but when I got closer I saw that it was actually a spider web. At first I thought they were moths, but up close I saw thousands of little black spiders. It scared me because they were literally everywhere. “said the woman.
So far no explanation for the strange phenomenon has been found.
