Depending on the amount of pesticides that reach the body, symptoms can be mild, from headaches, dizziness or nausea. In high doses, pesticides are extremely harmful and have such effects as impaired immunity, impaired fertility, and last but not least, pro-cancer effects.

According to a study conducted by American researchers, at the peak of “toxicity”, the first places are occupied by apples, nectarines and strawberries, and when it comes to vegetables: spinach, broccoli and tomatoes.
