Three people who allegedly abducted a 21-year-old woman from a shopping center in Arad were chased by the police and caught in traffic, at a distance of 45 kilometers. The three people were arrested for deprivation of liberty after the victim’s release, reports Agerpres.
The incident occurred on Thursday and the alleged kidnappers are a 50-year-old man, a 20-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman.
The spokesperson for the Arad County Police Inspectorate (IPJ), Claudia Iuga, specified, on Friday, that the young woman was taken from the mall “using physical force”, being approached in a car that was going in an unknown direction . .
Following a call to 112, traffic filters were formed and the police from the Criminal Investigation Service found the car in Chisinau-Cris.
The suspects were brought to hearings, after which they were detained for 24 hours for deprivation of liberty, and will be presented to the magistrates of the Arad Court with a proposal for preventive detention.
