Police seized 35 weapons, including an airsoft pistol, and large sums of money and jewelry, following searches conducted by members of the Sadoveanu clan Thursday morning. Seven people have been arrested and will be presented to the judge, with a proposal for preventive detention.
Police found and confiscated several weapons during searches, including:
- 24 knives (knives, machetes, swords)
- 10 blunt objects (sticks, castes, metal box)
- 1 airsoft gun tip
They also found significant sums of money, but also jewelry:

- 8,020 read sterling
- gold jewelry
After the raids, the Prosecutor’s Office arrested seven people for the crime of blackmail. A proposal for preventive detention will be presented to the court.
37 searches were carried out on Thursday morning in underworld clans in Bucharest, Ilfov and Teleorman. One of the suspects tried to flee and the police fired. According to information from Digi24.ro, the declines took place in the Sadoveanu clan, which allegedly threatened members of a rival clan in Roșiorii de Vede.
